PaperCrafts Published Cards

This card is in the new Stamp It! CARDS magazine.

So here it is - my first PaperCrafts published card. This is in the current Jan/Feb issue. This card is special for another reason though. I have a large collection of early 1900's postcards that belonged to my dad's mom. This sweet image is from that collection. I wish I could show you what is written on the back. It's the most charming little note - things were so innocent back then.

Moxie Fab Start to Finish Challenge/Blog Hop

Here is the front of my card. I love houses, architecture, picking wall colors and decorating. I was very excited when I first saw glimpses of Papertrey Ink's Boards and Beams stamp set. It has so many fun sentiments and I can 'paint' these houses over and over again.

...and the inside. I don't usually do so much to the inside of a card. It was fun making the inside match the front. Double click for a closer look.

Get Sketchy #20

The focal image was stamped with a tiny floral background stamp {CHF}, masking out the area for the hearts. Then I stamped and colored the hearts {with copic markers} and stamped the sentiment. The hearts image is from Hero Arts So Sweet clear set. Sentiment is also Hero Arts. PP is Basicgrey Nook and Pantry.. CS is Papertrey Ink Sweet Blush. I feather stitched alont the yellow floral pp with my sewing machine.

Coastal Living Tuesday Trigger

The image for this week's Tuesday Trigger is so beautiful and calming. I used one of my favorite sets from Papertrey Ink, On My Couch. It's fun to build little scenes with this set. I also used some images from On My Couch additions. Sentiment is from Papertery Tea for Two.
