Reindeer Noses

This idea was posted on Papertrey Ink's forum by Ted and the minute I saw these little treats I knew I wanted to make some.

I hope you can see that tiny red rhinestone on their noses! I bought a new software program called Print Artist {Version 23}. I really love it so far and was happy to find this cute image.  The bags are Wilton. I just folded the top down a couple times before stapling. The Tim Holtz tiny attacher made the assembly a snap.
I'm not sure how many of these little candies the 3rd graders will eat because they're kind of spicy. These were so fun to put together.

Edited to add the image for your use:

Holiday Spirit Sentiments meets Vintage Santa

This month is all about the tags. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

I was so inspired by Betsy Veldman and Dawn McVey and their beautiful pockets full of tags. I
couldn't wait to make some of my own. I made six of these sets to give away after Thanksgiving.
I used Papertrey Ink's medium glassine bags for the pocket, and decorated it up with vintage goodies. I trimmed the top of the glassine bag with pinking shears.

This panel was stamped with Background Basics: Botanical and the sentiment is from Holiday Spirit Sentiments. I'll put my note and signature under this part. I cut the top with a large scalloped oval nestability.

I was snooping in an antique store and found a 1950 Night Before Christmas book. I love these old fashioned images so much. This tag is made with the Tag Sale #1 die. The old sheet music is from 1945.

The 'believe' and 'fa. la. la' are also from Holiday Spirit Sentiments.

Thanks for looking and I hope you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Mantle Sharing

Holly of Creating Cupcakes is asking for pictures of decorated mantles so I thought I'd post mine. Decorating our mantle is one of my favorite things to do as the seasons change.

you are Missed

Hoping to get this posted before our power goes out. Lights are flickering and the lightning is lighting up the entire sky - so pretty.
Here is the sketch for the current WMS challenge:
The Waltzingmouse part of this card is the sentiment. I love the Fancy Phrases set. This card is going off to my good friend Pat in Madrid. The leaves were cut from Vintage Cream CS using a Sizzix small leaf die. Then I drenched them is Martha glitter. Thanks for looking - I'm off to light a few more candles:)

U ROCK!

This card is published in the brand new Paper Crafts special issue, Card Creations Favorite Occasions, Vol. 2. The sentiement is from papertrey Ink's Say it with Style set. The image is an old sewing pattern from the early 1960's.
