I've always wanted to try making a ruffly wedding dress so this challenge was the perfect opportunity. The dress stamp is Hero Arts. I stamped it and embossed with Silver Filigree EP, then stamped it again on Papertrey Ink white shimmer CS and paper pieced it. I then attached several rows of sheer white ribbon in graduating widths. Added tiny pearls for her necklace and a sweet paper rose. Sentiment is from Papertrey Ink Vintage Picnic.

Holiday Mini Notebooks
I made these for some special teachers/staff at my son's school. The idea of the mini notebook comes from Mish. I combined the 2008 Holiday Tags set and the Vintage Labels set. Patterned paper is Holiday Vintage Prints and Text Style Pink Patterns. Since these might be popped in and out of purses I sewed the buttons on. I saw this first on Pine's blog. It seemed like extra work but for this project I really need them to stay put. I was very pleased to find out that my embroidery needle fit through the Vintage Button holes, and extra pleased that the Rustic Twine fit through the needle. You can doulbe click on photo for close up.
Thanks for looking. I am going to make more of these soon:)

Papertrey Ink card 3 Australia
This was the most challenging one for me. I had an inspiration painting I found online and took Nichole's tip of adding white dots. When I got done I was cracking up because to me it has a bit of a Scandinavian feel! I think it's the W in the Wishing You sentiment that made me think of that. Oh well. It was a fun card to make.

Papertrey Ink WCMD Card 2 Mexico
I love how this turned out. Wouldn't it be so fun if we were sitting on that ornate little bench in a hotel lobby waiting for our room. I drew the tile floor and it and the wall were colored with a combination of distress inks and copic markers. The flowers are from the Life set, stamped with Pure Poppy, Raspberry Fizz and Adirondack Red Pepper. The 'iron' decoration on the flower pot is from Simply Stationary. Sentiment is from Vintage Picnic. CS: True Black, Raspberry Fizz and Melon Berry.

Hero Arts ATC Challenge
The plaid background pp is Papertrey Ink Autumn Abundance. CS is Papertrey Ink Vintage Cream and Kraft. Frame is stamped with Andirondak Stream and leaves are stamped with Papertrey Ink Ripe Avacado. Jute twine is also Papertrey Ink. This is ATC size: my miniature flower frog (I have a large collection of these) makes it look larger:)
