Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Card

I just love this new stamp set called Swing Set from flourishes. I pieced her dress with Papertrey bitty dot paper in Lavendar Moon. Card base is Lavendar Moon and patterened paper is Bella BLVD Swing into Spring. Couldn't resist using the pp with trees with the swinging gal:)

Here's the card. I used Papertrey White Shimmer Cardstock and Damask Designs stamps. And I am as happy as can be right now!

Kwernerdesign Color Challenge #50

This was a fun card to make because these are colors I would probably never think to combine on my own. Stamps: Papertrey Polka Dot Basics and Everyday Classics and Crafty Secrets sentiment. Ink: Palette Burnt Umber, Papertrey Pure Poppy and Colorbox Turquoise. Cardstock is all Papertrey: White, Pure Poppy, Lemon Tart and Dark Chocolate.

Papertrey Blog Hop with Desk Top Organizer

I love these templates because half the work is done for us. I made these notecards for a good friend. She has a garden gift shop called Holly Hut which is on the way to Mt. Ranier. She would love it if a bird came to visit while she was sipping some tea. I used Everyday Classics for this set, some SU! paper and Vintage Cream cardstock. I was originally going to put a personalized sentiment on these notecards but loved how this one just nestled in next to the oval so nicely.

Mother's Day Gift

I painted the barn wood frame Robin Egg blue. The background paper is Papertrey Sweet Blush stamped with the CHF Aged Sheet Music scrapblock. The little tag is a vintage postcard from my collection shrunk to fit inside the tiny frame. I covered the fram with paper and added glass shards.

This card is made with the Hero Aarts Tree stamp and sentiment is from Papertrey Wishing You set. The background is stampted with Papertrey Damask Designs. Patterned paper is Cosmo Cricket and MM. Large flower is punched from an old book.

Flourishes Timeless Tuesday

This week was about paper piercing. I colored the image with copic markers and did some piercing to accent the boquet. I love to paper pierce. Patterned paper is MM, Image is a Flourishes stamp and sentiment is Papertrey Mega Mixed Messages.

Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Card

Sweet Peas have always been my favorite flower. The scent just brings a smile to your face. I love this new set from Flourishes. I colored this with several differnet copic markers in pinks and yellows.

CPS 110 Card

I really liked this sketch. I tried my hand at Mish's ribboned buttons. Vine is a K & Co samp and the sentiment is from Crafty Secrets Garden Girl set. Paper and button are Papertrey Hibiscus Burst.

Moxie Fab Stitched Card Entry

I hand-embroidered the wing in this little birdy. I used 7mm verigated ribbon that matches the colors in the Cosmo Cricket floral paper to make a gathered ribbon rose. I also added some leaves and feather stitching. Then I machine-stitched the bird to the paper.

Raspberry Suite Week 3 Card

These are some of my favorite colors. Cardstock is Papertrey Ink Kraft, Vintage Cream, Sweet Blush and Berry Sorbet. Ink is Memento Rhubarb Stalk and Angel Pink and Palette Burnt Umber. Stamps: Papertrey Ink Everyday Classics, Honey Bees and Polka Dot Basics. I had some Kraft-colored thread for the stitching and vanilla crocheted trim. The flower is cut with a cuttlebug die. Tag is a Spellbinders Label die.

Taylor's Cupcake Challenge #62

Ms. Birdy is bring the decorations for the cupcakes. Cardstock is SU! red and pink and Papertrey Ink Lemon Tart. Patterned papers are Basicgrey Cake and Ice Cream and GCD studios Uniformed Schooled Collection. Bird stamp is Hero Arts and sentiment is from Kim Hughes Moca Chica set. Ribbon is Papertrey Ink Pure Poppy. Bird is paper pieced with Basicgrey papers and birdy's cherries {and eye} are from Taylored Expressions.

Dawn's CC Week 2

For this card I used the Papertrey Ink Life set. The butterfly was stamped with an image from Tags for Spring and embossed. The lower edge of the brown cardstock was cut with a nestability.
