Ellen Hutson's Classroom has some fun WCMD challenges going on and there is still time to submit for a chance at winning
a great prize.
I decided to make a card based on Chari Moss' Pinterest Challenge
featuring this beautiful inspiration photo.
I was most inspired by the neutral leaves on the bedspread, the cascading flowers and the wood wall. The stamped image is Impression Obsession. I left the dangling leaves cream and my 11-year old son looked at it and said "are you leaving those leaves like that?" I showed him the inspiration photo and explained my thinking and he wasn't buying it. When he left the room I decided to add some glitter to those leaves. *grin*. I used PTI's woodgrain impression plate on the kraft CS. The bottom edge of the focal image was made by cutting a piece from a PTI's banner borders die.
Thanks for stopping by, and if you are entering Ellen's contest good luck!

Ooh, Cindy, this is a charming card. I adore your insightful interpretation of the photo. Your card is definitely that image but better. The jug of flowers are so sweet. The added sparkle is the perfect touch. Well done, my ever so crafty friend.
your card is beautiful, cindy and a fabulous interpration of the inspiration photo! had to laugh at peyton's comment, though! everyone's a critic, right?
