Crafty Secrets Napkin Holders

I made these napkin holders with the free download that Sandy provided to her customers. I love it so much: Christmas sheet music on the perfect shade of vintage cream. I added snowflakes and birds cut with my nestabilities. I cut the edges of the sheeet music with pinking shears and inked them with Antique Linen distress ink. This is my sister Kingslee's. Isn't that a fun name?

Papertrey Ink Blog Hop

Large candy bar wrapped up in Polka Dots Parade, and the tag is made with Holiday Tags 2008. A 1 1/4" punch works to punch out the center if you ever want to have the center be a different color. Also used Journaling Lines on the tag.
ETA: I was in such a hurry - it was a 1 1/8" punch that I used to punch out the mug:)

PTI GSS Entry - Paint Can

Front of can.
This is actually the container that holds my foam paint brushes. I was helping set up a dinner for teachers at my son's school and wanted something to put the utensils in that could double as a note of appreciation. I came up with this patterned paper using Papertrey Ink's Teacher's Apple, Vintage Labels, and Mega Mixed Messages. The pencil is a CHF image colored with copics.

Holiday Mini Notebooks

I made these for some special teachers/staff at my son's school. The idea of the mini notebook comes from Mish. I combined the 2008 Holiday Tags set and the Vintage Labels set. Patterned paper is Holiday Vintage Prints and Text Style Pink Patterns. Since these might be popped in and out of purses I sewed the buttons on. I saw this first on Pine's blog. It seemed like extra work but for this project I really need them to stay put. I was very pleased to find out that my embroidery needle fit through the Vintage Button holes, and extra pleased that the Rustic Twine fit through the needle. You can doulbe click on photo for close up.
Thanks for looking. I am going to make more of these soon:)

Papertrey Ink card 3 Australia

This was the most challenging one for me. I had an inspiration painting I found online and took Nichole's tip of adding white dots. When I got done I was cracking up because to me it has a bit of a Scandinavian feel! I think it's the W in the Wishing You sentiment that made me think of that. Oh well. It was a fun card to make.

Papertrey Ink WCMD Card 3 India

Shimmer never shows much in photos but the gold frame is metallic. The rhinestones are Swarvosky hot fix and the stamp images are from Guidelines 1 and Simply Stationary.

Papertrey Ink WCMD Card 2 Mexico

The flowers are from the Life set, stamped with Pure Poppy, Raspberry Fizz and Adirondack Red Pepper. The 'iron' decoration on the flower pot is from Simply Stationary. Sentiment is from Vintage Picnic. CS: True Black, Raspberry Fizz and Melon Berry.
