I've always wanted to try making a ruffly wedding dress so this challenge was the perfect opportunity. The dress stamp is Hero Arts. I stamped it and embossed with Silver Filigree EP, then stamped it again on Papertrey Ink white shimmer CS and paper pieced it. I then attached several rows of sheer white ribbon in graduating widths. Added tiny pearls for her necklace and a sweet paper rose.
